Copyright Infringment 2005-2006 - Ignored all requests to remove Logo Named: "Arrows-201" owned by Jerry J. Morris and created himself until a Cease and Desist notice was filed.   Blatently stole our logo, changed it, distributed it to blend the line of who we were in Arizona and who they were in Ca.  Gave them 48-Hours to comply.  They did, which admits guilt wihtout saying it.  National Data & Surveying was the former company known as "Southland Car Counters" owned by Stephan Souter, Roger Fiske, and **** *. *****.  At that time, Southland was just purchased by 2 new owners, and didnt know that Southland had a reputation of delivering unusable data to say it mildly.

A & P Traffic Data has illegally stole our images:  (their names I cannot divulge th indivuduals name for its against a our contract to say who this person is even though, they broke the contrac and said obligations. I fullfilled all my obligations to this person and they dont fullfill theirs to me.  I do what is legal and executed this to complete their blackmale demands and they dont finalyze the contract they wrote, real professional.  They have the nerve to steel an image from our site after this happens and place it on theirs.  This shows the meniacle mind of this individual and how he/she seeks revenge on people or companies.  A criminal with unstable thoughts and actions.  So they illegally stole our copyrighted images from  FDSAZ.com site without permision, without any regards of the ownership.  Is it really that hard to take a picture?  If they stole and image from a person they attempted to blackmail, what would they do with your data?  They knew it wasnt theirs and stole it anyways just to provoke.  It just shows what type of character these types have and only further demonstrates they will stoop to levels only achieved by peopel who cannot acheive on their own, and must steel from others to exist.  Why would these theives do this?  If they market that they are so big and have integrity, why steal from their competitors and former friends?  Maybe you should ask yourself if you want to be associated with these types of people and or firms handling  your data.  Some strait facts here, nothing but the truth, here is their image that was stolen from FDSAZ.com site and put on their site.
